Return & Refund Policy

You may cancel your order within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, contact us at gstaneva112@gmail.com with your order number. We will provide return instructions.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us with your order number and clear photos or video. We will arrange an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive the returned item or proof that it has been returned, where applicable.
